Who we are

What we collect

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or our own cookies. We only receive personal data when you choose to contact us:

• Email and phone. If you write or call us directly, we receive what you share.

Why we use it

Only to answer your question, arrange a visit, or handle an order or bespoke request. The legal basis is your request to us (taking steps before or under a contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request, and up to two years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, order and invoice records).

Third parties

• Google Maps. The maps on the locations page are static images. Google receives data only if you click through to Google Maps. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Online boutique. Purchases happen in our online shop, a separate service with its own terms. Data you enter there is handled by that platform.
• Email provider. Messages you send us are stored by our email provider.

Some of these services may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Write to info@skpashmina.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
