We provide delivery services to our national as well as international consumers. However, the delivery charges for national and international customers are different. Customers inside the valley get free delivery (inside ring-road) whereas the charge increases with distance and means of transportation used. We deliver our product to many countries like U.S, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, Dubai, and many more. Most often we use roadways to deliver your products. Besides that, we also use other modes of transportation. Airways, Railways, Waterways, etc. Through airways you can get your order within days, so the charge also rises, similarly for other modes of transportation too.
You can find us every working days. We deliver our products within hours for those who are inside the valley whereas, a day or two for customers outside the valley and international customers.
Customers are always welcome to return the product for a valid reason. Domestic customers can return our product within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund your amount shortly after receiving them. Keep in mind that the delivery charge is non-refundable. After we refund your amount, you will get an email for confirmation. If you want to exchange the item then we are happy to do that any time.
Our International customers can return our product easily to our U.S. or another international depot available to you within 28 days of receiving them. International customers should keep the track of return parcel and return the item back through tracked service. You are advised to contact us or reach us through emails before returning the items for safety purposes.
