When necessary, the users/customers will be notified about the updates. You must agree that review of the terms and conditions regularly would be your sole responsibility. If the user is unable to review any changes, the consequences must be bear by the user.

Right to Refuse and Blacklist
SkPashmina has the right to blacklist you temporarily or permanently upon withstanding anything herein written. After getting blacklisted your request to use the application or service including receiving complaints will be rejected. We always expect decent behavior with our employees physically or on the website while asking any queries or while reporting to complaints.

Representation 
You must be 18 years old or more to represent yourself as a customer. Someone under the age of 18 should only interact or use our service under the guidance of a guardian who is at least 18 years old. Our service is not available to anyone under the age of 18 or to any person who is forbidden to enter into a contractual relationship. The use of the service represents that you have the right, authority, and capacity to use it and abide by the terms and conditions. Besides this, the user will also be bound by applicable laws and rules under the regulations of the Government of Nepal.
